But at what humidity level Rich?
Shouldn't be in the footwell though...

Fair point. Was driving in South of France (30 degrees), and sitting in traffic (after heavy rainstorm so wet roads all steaming) this summer, so would think that was pretty humid..
Other than that, driving in Italy last summer at a constant 35 degrees. Humidity probably not that high though...
I figure that condensation on these is going to be par for the course, leaking into the footwell shoudl not be - suggests that there is some kind of failure in waterproofing / shielding in the footwell perhaps..

Water coming out of the footwell vents is not uncommon on the Aero or a lot of other cars. I've had several cars that once in a while water has come out.
