My Plus 8 has one of these fitted from new, with an old-fashioned clip on hood, rather than an easy-up hood.
I must say that I love it and the hood, fitted by MMC is almost leakfree - just a little bit of water comes in the the corner of the windscreen, but they “all do that sir!”. 😉
It’s a pity that MMC have not fitted this or a similar screen to the 50th Anniversary model imho. Will let you have photos tomorrow as we’ve just arrived in Geneva and are going to the Press Day’s tomorrow and Wednesday.n
One of our UK neighbours has bought the Aero GT that’s on the Morgan stand, though it’s to his spec with help from Jon (Wells)! He also wants photos as although he’s had photos during the build and I’ve also sent him some, he hasn’t seen the completed car and can’t make Geneva this year...
