Perhaps I have an audible speed limiter, other than MrsW screanming.

It's not a fault. It was fitted like that so as to make an ultrasonic whisle to deter kangaroos. They do have a nasty habit of suddenly jumping out in front of cars. You'll now have to be really careful around kangaroo feeding time, dusk and dawn are the worst times!!!!

Don't get a lot of Roos in Essex

- the deterrent is working then!

I had the sound on my 2018 Plus 4 as well. MMC only used about two inches of rubber tube glued on top of the headlamp, which is clearly not enough. It takes about material worth an extra pound to solve the problem on both headlamps and "insulate" them all around. Done!

I imagine that the pitch of the whistle increases with the speed?
This opens up a whole new concept of tuning a Morgan!

The pitch seems reasonably consistent but the volume varies.

Had this on a 4/4 about 15 years ago & I never cured it because I was convinced it was the slots in the folding windscreen brackets causing it, it was probably the headlights but no one tipped me off all those years ago
