We always have some in the house it's great for cleaning of White goods and removing sticky label deposits.

I was once told that undertakers use meths on the hearse to keep the black paint shiny. Not sure how true that is.

I had not heard that one.

Does it repel vampires as well?

Surely undertakers would use formaldehyde to embalm the hearse against tar!

This stuff is what I use to degrease things and clean electrical contact surfaces, it's very good at removing non set oil and grease stains too.

One of my mates is the local undertaker!
I’ll ask him.

I believe French polishers pour meths on tabletops the light it to get a good finish,
If you use meths on a hearse and light it , that would be a good finish, a really early cremation

I use UPOL System 20 Fast Drying Degreaser S2001/5, gets rid of surface contaminates including tar spots and silicone prior to doing paintwork.

Only downside is that I think its only available in 5 litre containers
