Does anyone else think that MMC should offer this option on their models? I appreciate on certain ones it may have to be relocated to a suitcase on a luggage rack; however, the principal would still be useful.

Frank, they are old but I actually still find them quite funny. I remember seeing the first one on television and it made me chuckle. My understanding is that the Ad company has now sold the concept to various countries (NZ is one), so perhaps we'll see Trunk Monkey in the UK soon!
