Well after a very very long wait the Aero 8 is back on Irish soil. Apologies for me being missing but i was trying hard not to think about the aero because the longer the wait the more frustrating things became and coming onto Tm would have sent me around the bend!!! We left it in for it's first service two months ago. We purchased the hard top with it but it never came at christmas because according to them they 'gave away your hard top to another customer' .... ok so :P So they promised another
one! At bloody last and after waiting two very long months to say they had finally got the hard top I picked her up on Monday!
It definitly makes it look like a different car. It will of course only be used during the winter and it was a bit of a bummer driving in the uk's beautiful weather the last two days and not being able to put the roof down!!!!
But overall a good spend as i use the Lotus roof from Oct - April as a sunny day is very very rare. Even better news is it takes less time to put on then the Lotus', its just a matter of undoing two screws and the front clamps, then hey presto lift off! Anyway it's so good to be back in the land of the Aero
