I've got some bad scratches in one of the fixed side screen Perspex panels.

I can't for the life if me see how to remove the offending panel to replace it.

Does anyone know how it's done?

Hope it's not too obvious or I'll look a bit silly confused2

I believe you have to bend the middle and pop it out. But I've never tried it................................

I could use three new panels on my Roadster to stop the misting up. If they were easily available I might give it a shot.

They bend and pop out, this time of year is a good time do them as ambient temperatures are higher, and the perspex is more flexible

They're a f swearer in the winter

I bet you can't get replacements 'off the shelf' though?

GoMog has details for pre long door cars & I have 2 sheets cut to size if anyone wants them. Though right now they are in a box awaiting our house move.

I did it quit easily, but it is better in hot weather.

Looks like The Plastic Shop will sell Lexan , Polycarbonate in small sizes suitable as blanks so we could cut our own shapes from them.

Not too expensive really but I bet it's not that easy to cleanly cut the shapes.

I think they also do CNC routing so I will investigate that route as well.

The plastic shop will cut to shape I have used them before, you just need to provide an accurate drawing as they will cut to it, they will even cut out for the little knobs.

Measure your existing ones as you know this is a Mog and they may not all be the same....
