So I've got my eye on a 1969 4/4 for sale her in the US. (I prefer the lower bonnet profile on the 4/4 compared to the +4)

Thing is I would really like to add a folding windscreen and Brooklands to this car. What are my options?

1) Does anyone in the aftermarket supply a folding windscreen that will fit a 1969 4/4?

2) Will the Melvyn Rutter folding windscreen kit fit a 1969 4/4?

Many thanks in advance gents!

This will work it's the later models with the heavy casting windscreen mounts that it won't suit.

Give them a call to confirm before ordering maybe.

Should work but email Melvyn to confirm. In around November 1969 the 4/4's changed to a wider body. My November 69 car was one of the last with the narrow body and one of the first with the vinyl dashboard. Good luck with your purchase.

An American supplier is Morgan Spares of New England, which lists it for $375.

I'm not sure if it's the same as Melvyn's.

I had an folding windscreen and Brookland s on my first Morgan, an 1968 4/4 and took them off when I sold the car and they are now on our 2001 4/4.no modidfications done. So they fit. And you can find them ,Belmog or Melvin . Can send you some pics if you want.

I would check with Linda at Morgan Spares in New York. Freight from the UK is very expensive.
