Good luck with the knee Neil. We did the Wicked Welsh weekend a few years ago & enjoyed it immensely.

The Citroen version looked a lot more modern.
Unfortunately I didn't nab any styling pics from the web site when they first appeared.
The Mehari was the only 2CV based car I might have been interested in years ago, but they only appear to come in LHD. Could be had for peanuts in France a few years ago, probably cost silly money now...

They are still available Graham but stupid money for something with all the structural strength and longevity of a sardine can, just like my old Ami 8 but loveable.

As I said, stupid money (just like Mini Mokes!).

This was the web site I found a few on a few years ago:

Cracking 30 mile round trip this evening now most of the grocks have cleared the area, saw a seal in the Dart on the way home on the ferry.

The boys on there said today had been rammed all day so I'm glad I picked an evening run out.

Tuesday is an evening when I tend to ride to a local bike night with two mates.
I can recommend the egg and chips at the Whistlestop Cafe, Teignmouth Station.
This is a small local meet, but very sociable and some lovely bikes there last night (eg DBD34 Goldstar)
Everyone makes a charity contribution and the whole meet is brilliantly organised.
Chucking it down with rain this morning, so Mog and bike staying in garage.
So now of for my morning coffee at the beach.
Retirement can be a challenge!

Neil - good luck with the knee op -- I am a well-balanced lad having had 3 ops on each knee - various sporting injuries etc and still managed a 382Km fundraising cycle a few weeks ago so there is plenty of light at the end of the "knee op" tunnel!!!!

A few trips in the Morgan will banish the blues!!

Cheers!
