Good to hear he is making good progress and the gremlins are staying at bay for him.

Yup, seems like the car is back running smoothly. That said, I think he’s only just now coming up to the half way mark of his epic journey so he’s still got a lot of motoring to do.

Epic is the word, I can't help wondering how he copes with the heat in the exposed cockpit he must drink gallons a day.

After my recent two week road trip around Northern Spain (where I spent most of the time constantly changing between first and second gear when we were taking the mountain roads), I have had pain in my left leg that is only just beginning to go away after two weeks. Hate to think what state it would be in after 80 continuous days of driving like Coach Will is undertaking!

That's a problem I hadn't thought of - was the heat ok ?

It rained a lot while we were there and was 5 to 10 degrees centigrade cooler than it was in the U.K. so heat was not a problem!

Oh that sounds good - it can be pretty damn hot out there.

Just read the Coach's Blog. He is in Red Lodge, Montana. Today He will drive the Beartooth and Chief Joseph roads. "Morgan Roads To Die For". Been there, done that and it was wonderful.

Just back from the Picos myself... 7 days motoring and this morning my left leg is still feeling vibrations! Note to self: must check the Centa rubbers are not shedding rubber!
