Oh no, this is where you all get to show my calcs are wrong... 750 x 390 x 320mm (minus the chamfer 100 x 40mm)

BTW Jon , 90 litres of petrol will not weigh 90 kilos, quite a bit less due to the specific gravity.

It's not your calcs, that does indeed add up to 90 litres.
I think it's the way you've measured it.
If you take a side view it's not a 390 x 320 rectangle because the back of the tank has a big slope on it under the spare wheel.
I don't know what the dimensions will be but you have to take a big chunk of volume off for the slope.

From memory when I was making the tanks for the ARV6’s the standard tank is something like 750 x 360 x 220, less the cutout

My tank is 55 litres. I ran it as low as I dared to calibrate the fuel gauge and I managed to get 52 litres in.
