Following a conversation about front end styling at Silverstone yesterday, I'm trying to find a picture of the red trad that has an extended grill (continues lower than the bumper line). I've flicked through dozens of copies of Miscellany and scoured Talkmorgan, but to no avail. Can anyone out there help me?

You know you can get a square bottomed matching grill that bolts to the ordinal and extends below?

The extended oval grille parked opposite me at Blenhiem, the pic here does not do it justice ....

This one..? I saw this car at a Williams open day a year or so back, and had a good chat with the owner. It's not just the grill that's been modified, the whole car exhibits some beautifully executed modifications intended to evoke pre-war European roadsters. In the flesh, the car looks absolutely lovely, a real credit to the owner's vision.
