You should have used the BMW excuse and said on the poverty model it is there but not supposed to work!   Good call Use the ‘BMW Declaration’ You can say it is working absolutely as intended by not working

Usually caused by algae in the washer bottle................ Rather than Biggles or Ginger.......  Stanley’s washer bottle is spotlessly clean; I’ll have you know!
