A very agreeable drive on the Route des Grande Alpes from Cluses to Val d'Isere, followed by a not quite so agreeable ride from Val d'Isere to the Col de L'Iseran. The ride down was good though. On one of the new Morgan bikes?

Another’s pointless post to get your post count up. It’s amazing how you can be so sanctimonious about other Users' posts.

I would imagine it's quite busy down there at the moment, with holidays etc. It's a grand climb, and I remember it fondly from a few years ago but we were on two wheels then.. Great photo..!

Great photo. I like the look of small-wheel bikes (both folding like yours and non-folding e.g. Moultons) but have never ridden one. What are they like, how stable in fast descents, corners etc?

Richard is one of the members who is most concerned that there should be unity and peace on TM. We had dicey moments and it was usually his contribution that everyone got along again. So let him have his fun and try to take another perspective that does Richard better. By the way, your photo is great.

Also lots of bikes both 🚲 & 🏍. Previous trips have been in late September/October when the roads have been deserted. The drive to the start of the Route des Grande Alpes was pretty much traffic free.

Just to get my posts up No I haven't - I can't drive at the moment so getting quite grumpy, although I have sat in my Roadster in the garage does that count? Very envious, how am I supposed to know if anything has come loose, if I can't drive it? It's not fair........
