Looked to me as if some bodywork on this prototype was GRP but the clip refers to beaten ally. The edges of the louvres were too rounded I thought.

The superformed wings are quite thick alloy Howard so the louvres are rounded.
Annoying presenter.....why do they all speak in that cloned car show presenter way?

The wing looks brutal unpainted but is toned down quite a bit with a bit of colour love it,mind you watching three people putting the roof up at Prescott was a bit of a laugh. It reminded me of our small caravan awning in the rain deep joy.

& I do love the Morgan folklore..."thee will only ever be 8 of these"... but he's sitting in a preprod car, so, er there are already 9
"They're all manual" um, except the pre product car. And the grey one at Geneva.
0-60 in 4.5 seconds. Yeah, right. Not that it matters, but the car apparently hasn't got any faster as the engine's got more powerful, and the auto box has improved.

The car is owned by Steve Morris, it looks stunning in the flesh, as does the green and gold one.
Both were at the factory open day a couple of weeks back.
The green and gold one was sold by Williams.
