I've just had contact from the publisher. They have sold 928 books in six months and are delighted with it. They said that level of sales is 'very impressive'.  The second print 'top up' is now in stock, and I think it will still be the first edition, rather than saying second edition, unless there's a print date of course................................ Anyway they have asked me if I can do another book, and so I though the great unwashed on TM would be perfect for suggesting a few titles........ *sits back and awaits a deluge of wit*
