I saw this on a Heritage edition 2018. Is this merely a rebranded Fairbourne M3W windshield?

Morgan do their own version, similar to the Fairbourne screen.

Yes, in many ways the MMC screen is neater than the Fairbourne one, however it isn't quite as wide.

The width is important to me as that will help getting my hand and most of my arm out of the jet stream...

Another important advantage of the Fairbourn screen is the impeccable customer service and what appears to be a lifetime warranty on the screens themselves against cracking etc.

+1 for the Fairbourne, it keeps your outboard hand out of the chill airflow. The Morgan version is a neat installation though and maybe they have modified it to make it wider than the original? The early versions were no wider than the aero screens, not a very good copy of the Fairbourne screen.

+1 for the Fairbourne from me also - I really like it. Unless you truly fancy the "bugs in your teeth" experience, I think it's the way to go. Morgan also does the black-fade treatment around the lower corners, which just looks out of place (modern?) on the M3W to my eyes.

The fade does serve a purpose for modern cars in that it keeps a hard sunbleached line from forming on the dash. We don't have a dash...

As for the 'modern' look this car is a kludge. I installed LED headlamps as the stock incandescent ones were a joke for light. Yes, they're modern but I can see stuff at night! Like a black bear running across the road on a moonless night!

This is the Morgan screen on mine

At around 5'11", I find myself looking half over the top, but it does baffle a lot of the wind and offer decent protection for my right arm. I am not sure there is much difference in width between the current full screen and Fairbourne's

Me query was not about cosmetics but about usefulness. My stock windscreen has broken on both sides and, let's get this out there, it was kind of useless from the very beginning. It deflected wind, barely. Road sand, grit and water not so much. Bugs never.
