Thanks for the update Paul, I hope this trouble is behind you.
I'm curious; were any other parts changed with the oil seal? Did you ever get more info on their 'special' tool (I've no idea what it could be)?
I do think it would be valuable for you to periodically put your finger in the Centa Bell Housing access hole and check for oil in the rearward area. If oil were to leak again it would first accumulate in this area (downhill from the access hole) before it dripped out.

I dont believe anything else was changed on the car. Although there was a lot of talk but ultimately a week before i picked the car i was informed that the engine needs to come out to change the seal.
Regarding the special tool it was something to do with the engine coming out or getting the seal in place. Got a vague answer. Was told morgan didnt have it and it had to come from S&S and cost 55$.

Honestly i am happy the problem was resolved and i understand this is not a regular BMW, MB or Jaguar. But wish it was done a little better. But it doesnt matter
