I have to say I don't like the Zagato version of any Aston.

Not even the DB4? I don't like any Aston Martins post war except the DB4Z

It is not going to get better.
BMW always make early design releases to indicate where the "styling" of the future is going to go. So here is a new one from them.

Remember once seen you cannot go back. pg dn once you have accepted the terms and conditions.

Seriously how ugly can you make a car?

The concept car looks terrible.

Here are some nice approaches of an indipendent designer, even if it looks perhaps too conservative.

Now that is a car I would buy. That should be the next 3 Series body.

They have a cool FIAT 127 emulation that looks cool as well.
I love the Blue BMW further down the page. I would part with money for that with the 140i Engine.

Unfortunately, it is an outside designer who does not belong to BMW. Since I'm involved in qualitative market research, my experience makes me wonder whether these designs wouldn't be much better accepted than what BMW itself does. I imagine a focus group, and all the participants are very enthusiastic about this design...against the uniformity of today.
But I think BMW would never make such a change, unfortunately.
