It’s an impressive bit of kit......to make doing a mucky job a lot easier.

It's a fine bit of kit to make life easier and a lot better idea than those remote nipples. A quick spanner check and make sure no grease has got where it shouldn't whilst you are down there.

However I retain the one shot oiler system for originality, care in use is the answer grin2 .

Great bit of kit but the remote greasers was the best mod i ever did on the plus four.On a long continental holiday we carried a s mall one handed gun you could lift the bonnet a few pumps no mess or fuss..

I found it difficult to tidy up the remote greasing tubes. They look a bit like a subcontinent telephone system . What do yours look like?
Ps, love that grease gun

We did two cars together a roadster 3lt and my plus four, the block with the four nipples were fitted top left of the inner wing. The pipe to the other wheel was cable tied under the rad cant really remember where. The mot inspector was quite complimentary he couldnt believe we still pump with grease,it was every 500miles in my case. Sorry Stuart got no photos.

I actually enjoy feeling the squeeze of the grease gun (Wanner).

Once you get used to it you can feel the grease flowing and then watch it emanating from the king pin / stub axle

Very satisfying.

Hi Reg, I paid £195.00 including V.A.T from Amazon, but they seem to have gone up in price now, and yes it does fit the standard Cartridge, the 18v battery is also compatable with most DEWALT 18 volt power tools, hence the reason I buy Dewalt.

Something similar should be on special at Aldi soon for £30. I’ll have to wait until then. Love it though, and obviously an essential bit of kit!
