I mix vasaline with a little amount of gasoline, so I can apply it with a brush, and the product works its way into the tape, works very well. Cheers, Bert

Here it is usual to lube the rubber gaskets in the doors with a silicone stick, to prevent freezing in winter. Have not tried on my Mog, but could this be a good idea?
