Looking for information or advice on the Borders 500 route. Places to stay overnight, number of days, road conditions, places to visit en-route etc. Hoping to schedule it in next Spring

As a start, can I suggest you get a copy of the "Scenic Tours" brochure, they do an organised trip but it will give you some ideas.
Here for a good time not a long time!!

Go in May before the midges.
We visited the west coast in 2015.
Isle of Skye was brilliant.
Flodigarry hotel on Skye's North= East coast is somewhere i would return to at a moments notice.
