Has anyone got a photo of the ebay one installed in a Morgan. It seems to tight a fit when I measured my 4/4.

Its a snug fit but its ok in a +4, I would not think the seats are closer together in a 4/4 because of the transmission tunnel and seat belt buckles, unless someone knows different?

When it stops raining I will take a pic.

This one is from Germany, mine came from Bulgaria, exactly the same item, probably all from China. You can only use the single rear cup holder, not the double at the front.

Looking at the dimensions, it's too wide for my 4/4.

It's 135mm wide and my car only has about 100mm - 110mm.

Might be able to squash the seat squab but I doubt it.

I also think it's too high and might get in the way of my elbow during quick gear changes.

Cooperman's design looks like a better bet.

I fitted mine in my 2014 4/4 ok...I removed the supplied "feet" and made some leather covered "blades" to straddle transmission tunnel.

Now fitted in P4SS.
Quality is good and cheap enough to modify as you wish.

The gear lever on the P4SS is quite tall so I set th height of the console to make gear changes comfortable.

I have one on my 4/4. the only thing is being broad round the hips I have had to have a seat belt extension to enable ease of clipping seat belt. I it also restricts the tipping of the reclining seat forward.
I am considering fitting some ancillary equipment switches and an ejector button in mine.

I think there might be a narrow chassis / wide chassis issue here.

There is no way that will fit on my narrow chassis car. The seats are just too close together. I have about 110mm between the seat squabs at their narrowest.

I'd be interested to know what others dimensions are.

My 4/4 is a 07 car, wide chassis car, but the seats are still to close together, might be able to force it in but would not be able to move or tilt the seats.

This is the £20 'Bulgarian' Box for those of us with no woodworking skills, or are just too lazy.
The Dealer £300/£400 versions are just described as available for Trads.
On my +4 the box width is higher than the squabs so the width was not really an issue.

I can see now your seats are same as I had in the +8. The later cars have different seats, closer together. As my dog has found out. Can't get his head between them.
