Not a lot when you consider that the watches cost thousands of £. My mwc watch does the job at under £100.

Quarz watches are accurate but not the top of horology. I prefer mechanic stuff!

Yes, I agree. I have no intention of paying a 4 figure sum for a watch but I am tempted by the C3. There is a Morgan version but it is quite a premium over the CW standard. The Morgan version in the MSCC shop is £450: morgan-motor.co.uk/mmc/shop/index.php/morgan-products/gifts/watches However, MMC's 20% off deal doesn't apply to watches so it's better to buy directly from CW: christopherward.co.uk/c3-malvern-morgan-202990. Their price is also £450 but 15% discount brings it down to £382.50 The "C3 Grand Tourer", which seems to be the same watch without the Morgan logo, is normally £395 so with disocunt is a very tempting £335.75. christopherward.co.uk/c3-grand-tourer-1 I have the weekend to mull it over! ~iw

I'm with you IW thinking on one of them, the MMC sight had the C3 at 375 the other day then offered 15% off , but suddenly it has disappeared!

...the MMC sight had the C3 at 375 the other day then offered 15% off , but suddenly it has disappeared! I've just looked this morning and all the watches are now showing "out of stock" in the MMC shop, with a link to buy direct from Christopher Ward. I don't know whether this is just for the duration of the sale, but buying direct seems more sensible to me anyway. I just need to decide whether having the Morgan wings front and back is worth an extra £50.

I have two of their watches (sadly not the Morgan one) and they are excellent timepieces.

I have the Morgan Aero 8 one, a successful purchase at half the retail price making it pretty decent value! I prefer it to the Hublot Morgan one as it is much easier to read the time!
