How much oil actually comes out of the bottom of the engine sump when the plug is removed? I got the filter changed. And drained the oil from the recovery tank by removing the rubber hose at the engine (very slow). But I remembered the Allen sump plug after I had finished running in the fresh oil. )-: How bad did I screw up?

If you have not started the engine yet, it's not too late to open the Allen screw and see how much oil is left in the sump.
If the engine was running just prior to the oil change, there should be very little oil in the sump.
Nothing to worry about though, check level in tank after running the engine just to be sure.
Plenty of fresh oil in the system

Typically very little on dry sump engines as the scavenge side of pump has to have a much greater flow than pressure side. This assumes no wet sumping which can happen over time with a stationary engine.

In answer to what you should do now assuming engine has been run, I would just leave it as plenty of fresh oil plus a filter change.

In any normal car there is always some used oil left in the car for instance an MX5 has around 0.25 litres that does not drain out. Therefore as others say not an issue.

I wouldn't worry. The factory suck the oil out of the scuttle tank whilst changing oil and filters.

A word of caution when removing the allen sump plug, make sure it is fully seated and torqued when put back in. Because of the amount of vibration from the engine can cause it to come out if not properly fitted, this can lead to catastrophic engine failure. That is why Morgan and S&S dealers do not remove the plug when changing the oil. As said previously the amount of oil held in the sump is minimal. When the engine is running the oil passes through which is when you lose it if the plug should fall out.
