I wonder if a depository of manuals could be set up?
I think I still have a scanned copy of my 1993 cvh efi 4/4 handbook.
I would be happy to make it available.
I could also scan my 2002 Plus8 handbook.
A”sticky” in Maintenance and Servicing perhaps?

Just a thought - I think making a copy for your own use maybe ok, but I imagine that many printed manuals are protected by copyright, often for something like 70 years.

Yes, clarification versus copyright is my only concern.
These days, though, many items come without manuals and you need to access them online. For example, Ihave a Panasonic LUMIX camera that came with very basic instructions. I have to go online to access a proper manual. No need for registration etc and anyone can access them. I assume that unless you are making commercial use of them then the copyright laws are more lenient.
I also seem to remember seeing some Haynes manuals online and accessible.

I have a 1980 +8 and have lost mine. It got very wet in the glove box and the pages all stuck together. I know it's somewhere but can't remember where.
