Holed (sunken float) or picking up a stray earth along the path somewhere is as good a starting point as any.

Or maybe just a little "break dancing" see your original post ! joy somestick

Cheers,

Some dual circuit master cylinders have a shuttle between the circuits which moves when one circuit loses pressure, or is bled. The later MGB was like this and if the shuttle isn't centred, the warning light stays on. I assume there's some sort of similar system on Morgans. It can be centred by bleeding but it's trial & error. Maybe that's the problem.

Could it be the switch on the handbrake?

If my memory serves me the trick for centering the shuttle is to hit the brake pedal hard while the bleeding valve isn't fully closed. I have done it last time 25 years ago.

I might be the handbrake switch John, the bracket can bend.
