choosing the colour of my new +4....

Finally settled on Jaguar opalescent silver blue ... (definitely)

The missus is no longer willing to talk about it anymore...

Why not a two tone for family harmony?

I looked it up and conlude that you settled on a nice colour!
I think that over time one can get used to almost any colour and even appreciate it. I had the idea that red would be nice, but arrived at lancia midnight blue.

For the further education and entertainment of this forum, I think you need to share more details on the colour selection process and why your better half will not discuss it any more. Was she consulted, and you decided otherwise?

Cheers,
Bert

Thats a gorgeous colour on a Morgan. If i were to buy one now it would be my colour of choice.

Black interior or dark blue?

Once my wife settled on a colour that I thought looked quite nice, I just went with the flow. Much less aggro and freed up my thinking time for the options list.

Our S2 (sorry it's not a trad) is in Jaguar Silverlake Blue and it looks brilliant in the sun and also when driving down lit streets at night. The reflections down the bonnet take on a lovely colour.

In some lights it looks silver and others the blue is quite strong.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

That’s the process I used. Easier and quicker than pouring over colour charts and the Car Creator for hours for the same result.

this is ostensibly my car.
As such it was up to me...
Yet there was underlying currents of pressure...
The final choice is a no compromise choice but it took a lot of soul surching and internet hours...
The missus tiered of my angst...
