Was born close to Humber bridge location in Cottingham. Remember them pouring concrete 24/7 to build the 510 foot high towers.
Proud moment some ten years later following obtaining my PPL, flying my father between them just months before he died.

Forgot to mention ...on the bench that you can see in my photo there was a Christmas wreath tied to the arm.
Whilst I was sat there a young lady appeared to remove the wreath after 12 days of Xmas..she was very upset as it was a wreath to her dad who jumped off the Bridge a few years ago..
I sat and did my best to comfort her as she cried her eyes out !!!!
So sad. Crikey Kev, that is sad but good on you for representing the decent human club

I'll have to get my Pratt Air Law book out to revise. Sorry, I mean the Air Law book written by Jeremy Pratt

Between but well above the towers Bob. Air law was not broken  Did forget to mention I gave control to my Dad as we flew over though causing my brother, a passenger in the back, some concern

Twice across my lawn/ drive to try out my new knee, seems OK. Two weeks more to get the all clear from the doc.

AngleMog meet tonight 50 mile round trip, freezing cold and damp. Heated seats deployed, sheepskin jacket and a silly hat. 2 mogs in the car park !

220 miles in P4SS to Nuneaton to pick up some cycle parts..get some funny looks and thumbs up driving on M1 roofless !!!
