I was looking at one on the Williams website today so I’m guessing that’s the one
Love the colour scheme
4 litre in a trad chassis!

I've arranged to look at a Plus 8 Anniversary (35th year) with a view to purchase -(my first Morgan) - and wonder if anybody knows to what numbers production was limited.
Any other comments or advice before I view would be most welcome. These anniversary plus 8's are rather overpriced compared to the previous new plus 8 , around £40k more and what do you get for that ? Exclusivity ? If there are 100 then not that exclusive .IMHO.

But didn't the later Plus 8 have the Aero based chassis instead of the Trad chassis? I'm a 4 cylinder man so excuse this if it's stupid.

These were the last years of the trad chassied Rover V8 engined +8.
At the end of the life Morgan did a special edition....
There are a couple of Swanmog members with the 2000/2001 non Aniversary model i’m Sure they would show you if you are going to Williams....
To be fair it’s all about personal taste and what you want/like - one is not better than another per se. It will just help position what you decide you like and what you might pay more for.

For clarity there were 50 of the 50th Anniversary Plus 8s. All built in 2018.

Well, 50 for purchase. The first one, of 51 (number 000 of 050), is a factory owned car. Sorry Ian, I shall get out of pedant mode
