Richard W- please excuse my ignorance but what do the Wolf performance rebound spring gaiters actually do for the car/drive? Does it involve full replacement of some element of the suspension or something simply added and is it costly or well worth the investment? Thanks HB https://www.wolfperformance.co.uk/rebound-spring-gaiters.html

Thank you for the link - so it extends life of parts rather than “improves/softens” the ride. The cost appears worth it though I guess. Cheers HB

Cheers HB Without some form of cover over the rebound spring, road dirt will contaminate the grease and you can expect around 10,000 miles (or less) between suspension overhauls. With a cover / gaiter, then expect in excess of 25,000 miles.

Great write up - as you cover more miles , whilst bonding with your car , it will get better and better as everything beds in. Lovely looking Morgan by the way. Congratulations - you have bought far more more than a car...……….

You could always just wrap part of a chopped up inner tube or corrugated split electrical conduit around the lower springs. Hold in place with cable ties. A simpler/cheaper option... Also, Dave W occasionally has a stock in mohair which are quick to fit (held with velcro).

You get a bagful of chums as well. I must persuade MrsW to make up some more gaiters......
