Did 30 miles yesterday to Tregaron and back, and today popped into the Falcondale Hotel in Lampeter to book a posh tea for Dad's birthday.

Then another 30 miles to Aberaeron and back - fairly dry and clear roads most of the time. Nice burger and chips for lunch too!

"Forced" to test drive the car after changing the auxiliary drive belt. A 32 mile round trip on mixed roads to make sure that the annoying squeal had really disappeared. Cobwebs blown away now.

Nice sortie in "spring like" weather over the Humber Bridge to Lincoln and returned for some lunch at the pub used by 166 Lancaster Squadron.

Now owned by a TV Celebrity...

With a title like Marrowbone and Cleaver I was going to suggest Shep from Blue Peter (but I suspect I may have missed out on a few years! smile ).

Well done James !!!

Your prize is a Chocolate Finger next time I see you.!!!

Interesting little pub run by his sister...lots of WW 2 pix on the walls and a few of Guy as well as one of his bikes.

Food is excellent and well priced .

Would be a great venue for a Morgan meet up !!!

Also the gents are quite special !!!! :

Great run down the Fosse way to Gaydon today - 85 miles each way on mostly B roads - lovely run. Oh and a full English breakfast at Sixhills cafe and pizzeria, highly recommended. 🐷

Just a few miles to a nearby chapel today, where my mum's parents are buried. Nice spot of sunshine, after lots of rain overnight and this morning.

The Mog was left outside yesterday, so the rain did rinse off some grime! grin2
