I am trying to obtain brake bleed nipples for the Caparo Front disc on 4/4 sport.
I have tried the usual Morgan agents - no success. Caparo brakes seems to gone into administration.
Does anybody know where I can get them

Try giving Hi Spec Motorsport a call, they do their own range of calipers and I bet the bleed nipples are likely to be the smae kinds of sizes as the Caparo versions.

I think that Caparo were part of AP Racing brake parts and they are still alive and kicking as far as I can tell.

If you have no luck do it yourself with a few cheap tools that you will use many times.

Buy a micrometer, digital ones are less than £10 from a tool shop or ebay and sometimes Lidl, that will get you the diameter of the nipple.

Buy an inexpensive thread guage

Ftead Gauge Link https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GAUGE-SCREW-THREAD-PITCH-GAUGE-SET-55-Degree-and-Metric-60-Degree-GUAGE-SET-HOT/132533205982?hash=item1edb983bde:g:3R8AAOSwT2pbTUIP:rk:1:pf:0

You now have the thread diameter and the thread pitch from a nipple you have already removed from a caliper and the threaded length of the nipple.

You can then search for the exact spec of the nipple rather than hoping someone sends you the correct nipple.

Both items will come in handy and there are plenty thread charts on the net to identify the thread from you info.
