On the one hand a great photo, on the other hand it hurts: in my area there is currently no Morgan driving to think about. All roads are either salt wet, snow covered or covered with grit (or a combination of). In about 2 months there could be the first possibilities.

Actually there is snow in the photo - you can just see it on the top of the Alps in the distance.
We had a little rain and snow higher up yesterday but overnight the warm north wind started again and swept all the clouds and the snow away.
We have now had about 9 days with only a little rain in the last 10 weeks and no snow at all at our altitude. During this time we have had an unseasonable and probably unprecedented series of warm dry north winds occasionally gusting up to 100 kph.

Wow, this photo transports a pretty good feeling!

I still keep my fingers crossed that the anti freese in the cooling system is good enough...
Than of course the snow has to disapear and the salt needs a rain wash.

And than some day I'll post a similar thing;)

I was thinking we could start a thread "Today's Morgan Photo" or some such.

Unwritten rules: Must be a photo taken today, or at the most yesterday, and must contain a Morgan.

Anyone up for it?

In this sense I have often used this thread from vacation posting pics. And I can recall tmg513s shots from last summer e.g which were impressing from his long continental trip. Let's try it, our new thread.

Foehn effect?

Whatever, envious of your idyllic location, especially this time of the year.

Had yet another short blast around the local roads, before things freeze up tomorrow. Only about 12 miles or so.

Haven't driven the Morgan today but have had the ok to drive again after a nine week break to have my new knee fitted. Think I'll leave the MOG on SORN till the weather decides what it's doing.
