From Richards photo I remember our 2004 Roadster had the same heater / stereo box, and the same strange horizontal 'thing' turned out to just be a blanking plug
I think you could spec aircon on export models & assumed it was for an on/off rocker switch, if fitted

I think you could spec aircon on export models & assumed it was for an on/off rocker switch, if fitted I think you might be right Jon Looks like a blank the size of a rocker switch
