Took a cruiser along Loch Ness last year and the Caledonian canal - can’t remember the Nessy Hunter.
Surprised the local council planning officials allowed the van to turn into a permanent shore shack. Yes, I found that a bit odd. He said he was having a boring time installing alarm systems in Surrey so decided to do something with his life. I'm not sure that spending the next 25 years in a Bedford van staring at a lake was a great improvement.

He has an online blog and is probably quite a tourist interest himself so the local council probably tolerates it as one of those quirky anomalies that promotes tourism www.nessiehunter.co.uk

I'm not sure that spending the next 25 years in a Bedford van staring at a lake was a great improvement. Ah dunno, Guys obviously happy. Does what he want when he wants. Got zero debt, meets lots of interesting people, fresh clean air, out of the rat race. Sounds alright to me. I would require a bigger living space though!

Here is an article from Motorsport in 1937 referring to the first win for the Morgan 4/4. First victory for Morgan So why did all the early advertisements call it the 4-4? Surely 1 is better than 0. The factory refers to the early ones as 4-4s even today. No wonder there's confusion.

The thing to take away from this example is that you can't be definitive about Morgan. The company doesn't work to logical documentation standards which would satisfy an historian, researcher or anyone seeking clarity.
The examples are endless, and would make a wonderful glossary and source of argument.
Dates of changes are impossible to determine, even something as simple as the cessation of the galvanized chassis on the trad. Some were held back so there are cars later than you might think with galvanized chassis.
I could drone on about it but I'll stop there.
