Filling to the level plug is approx 300ml. It's not that easy to get the oil into the box and you may spill some, the level plug is there to be used.

I have finally changed my bevel box oil to the new Redline stuff. Also added 1oz of “Tufoil Motorcycle Treatment”. Took my trike for a nice spirited ride today and I am happy to report a rather substantial noise reduction! 👍

Sounds promising Kranel, it'll be interesting to hear if the improvement holds up over the next few 1,000 miles and in hotter weather.

Just been speaking to Miles @ oldhallperformance re the new redline 80w250 which is what I assume Kankel is using. https://www.redlineoil.com/80w250-gl-5-gear-oil-2He is the sole UK importer of Redline oils (claimed - I assume no one else has found a uk source ? ) He has no planes to import this oil , but can do a special order for 4 gallon bottles for £70.61 + vat each + 30% discount on the 4 bottle order , which in my head is about £60 for a gallon bottle - should keep you going for a few years ! 10 to 12 week lead time. Anyone interested in a syndicate ( happy to coordinate) ? If we get enough interest I will get a firm price.

Not sure whether the additive from Tufoil helps or not, but it's rather cheap to experiment with.

maybe it is because I look at double blind studies and statistical analysis.... well.... I do not doubt something may be a good product, but anecdotal evidence, is not evidence. Evidence comes from studies with enough power of numbers and rigorous analysis. Now, off the soap box...
