I would ask for your deposit back. Do you really think it will happen? I hear its not going to be at Geneva so at least another years wait

Call the factory. Like all things Morgan that is usually the best policy. Or speak to your dealer if you ordered via them.

There are some of us who have found that talking to them produces variable results as well. Personally I would have to say that if they have your money and have made a commitment I would ensure that they follow through in writing.

My Aero deposit was non-refundable. May be different on a non-production, un-priced car I guess?

I think you will find the legal concept of NON-REFUDNABLE has very few legs to stand on in this world of consumer protection.

I agree - disappointing. Looks to my untrained eye like one computer model surrounded by clever moving stuff. For my purposes, knowing both the price and the car's length would be more useful - if the latter is much more than a Plus 8, I will need to plan a new garage, else the front end will be in the living room............
