Nice run down to Hastings today, roof off all the way. Saw another Morgan on the way, (dark blue I think). Taking the coast road to Brighton in the morning...

She's running beautifully. Removed the rear silencer so has a great tone under acceleration. Suspension has smoothed itself out, so far less clunky. Little cold when the sun went in, but arrived with a huge grin smile

35 miles today through Cambridgeshire countryside in glorious sunshine. First outing of the year as I only returned to the UK on Wednesday.

Who would have thought that a weekend away in the Lakes in Feb would be accompanied by perfect Morganeering weather

Nice picture Stewart!

Been out for a couple of hours with Swmbo accompanying me this afternoon. Took the sidescreens off and wrestled them into the bag. Didn’t realise how much protection they offers but it was the right thing to do.

Better than all this, I saw another Morgan while I was out, loads of flashing of lights and waving . Not sure if it was anyone on here though, about 4pm in the Blubberhouses area.

Happy days, roof left down and screens left off for a quicker departure from the garage tomorrow as we have another promising forecast

Could be a W. Turner if your car was out of sight.

Bit of a crap photo really as the Mog’s in shadow from the hotel but you the right, the view is pretty special

It’s in a place called Near Sawrey, just to the East of the middle of Lake Windermere. In fact the water you see is called Esthwaite which is I presume means ‘East Water’

Wednesday morning had a lovely bimble from Hastings to Brighton, over the South Downs. Stopped at the National Trust place at the top and bought the Mrs a rug as she was getting a little old. Lost the speedo drive (again) so will need to go back into AW for a fix (the replaced the elbow drive just before xmas).

Lovely couple of nights in The Grand, and yesterday a drive along the coast to Worthing (bit foggy, and one of the wiper blades flew off - managed to save all the bits and fixed it roadside) and up to Bepton for lunch with some mates. Then the boring trek back on the A3/M25/M1 which resembled carparks for most of the journey.....
