Always been Worcestershire Sauce - but in Worcester it's referred to just as Worcester Sauce, pronounced Wuster (with a long 'r' at the end)

As in Bertie Wooster How are you pronouncing Wooster?  True. I've heard Bertram's moniker pronounced both as Wuss-ter and Wous-ter. I'm in the Wuss-ter faction. I'm sure Jeeves could enlighten us as to the correct pronounciation.
