Looks good to me Red Leader. We shall be in the 34 Supersport, heavily laden with luggage so may lag behind a little on the Bruges to Annouelin stretch.

With our planned visit to the carshow at the Aerodrome at Bondues we will be entering the Lille ZPA air protection zone. This is only activated in cases of high levels of pollution and when active vehicles require a Crit'Air badge to use the zone.

The fines for non compliance are quite steep so it's worth getting a Crit'Air sticker just in case. They are only €4.21 and last the life of the vehicle.

Apply at https://www.certificat-air.gouv.fr/en/

You will need to attach a photo or scan of the cover and page 2 of your V5 registration document and the hardest part of the process is to get these images under 400kB each! (I scanned mine then emailed them to myself selecting the option to resize large images and that seemed to work)

In the application form I used:

Make:Morgan
Commercial Description: Three Wheeler
Indication of the environmental category: Euro3
CO2: Left blank

Delivery is about 10 days.

Chris - thanks for the friendly reminder for this. I would love to join but it's looking unlikely, the magazine eats any free time I have, and there are trips to Finland, Latvia, Germany, Holland and god-only-knows-where lined up in the coming months.

I want to thank you, and the others, for making this such a great event. Bon voyage!

Rich.

Hi Rich,

Shame you can't make it this year but, as ever, we'll have a toast to you and Daryl as the founders of the Albert Ball Blat cheers
