Yes, on the metric car, they don't rely on the chassis builder and body shop using the same size shoes when measuring in feet and inches. sherlock

The rim looks fine especially the flat lower. Anything that aids getting in/out gets a plus from me. Shame they had to have four joins in the leather though.

The spokes just don't cut it though. I guess the indents are flappy paddle thumb placements for those super quick gear changes.

This Superspoke would have been more in keeping and quick release to boot.

I think that's the main dilemma for Morgan in some respects. You can get a better car for half the cash... The +8 fully spec'd was a £100k car and attractive to someone who MUST have one (me, for example). But to the average buyer who might be weighing up 3 or 4 marques, the Morgan would be easily knocked off the list.

I would imagine there should always be a £35k/£40k Morgan somewhere on their price list... if they only have £60k+ cars they could become too niche and not sophisticated enough to occupy that price point.

I really am not enthusiastic about the steering wheel and I think the dashboard disappointing. I would have expected something like the Aero8 dashboard.

The dashboard they have opted for in the Plus 6 is just too "trad"

Couldn't agree more. I have posted on the before but I think that it is important that the key instruments are dead ahead. The offset arrangement, whilst traditional put me off the purchase of another Morgan. The other thing I don't really like is reflective components on the dash. Miles prefer black bezels and semi matt dashboard although I have to confess that my dashboard is highly polished - but not by choice.
