Evolving the car has worked for the 911, and by comparison, Porsche has rushed through the changes, relatively speaking, they’ve had a new version every five minutes !

The old models of a 911 had many flaws, but they looked good then and they still do now, just like Morgans.

I would like to see younger people join the fold but to a degree, does it matter if young people don't buy Morgans? As a whippersnapper I longed to own a Morgan at some point but it didn't suit my lifestyle at the time (nor could I afford one).

As long as Morgans appeal to young people and remain for them an aspirational product then Morgan will be OK. The key is to ensure that enough of those youngsters continue to aspire to the point where they are wealthy enough to own one at a future stage in their lives. A conveyor belt of relative "oldies" should keep the wolves from the door.
