Jong, you're right ! I have just reupholstered a set of MG headrests ( shown further up in this thread) and now find they dont squeeze in !!
Im going to try 'shave' some off the stems as they appear to only be a smidgen over.

With care they will fit. I have a pair still to be recovered and can then fit them. Mind you, I did need to get the jack out to remove one
