Have you considered making one? I bought some polished s/s tube and a had one end capped by a local TIG welder, and fitted a Monza fuel cap (which came complete with brass mount) to the other end. Takes a Barbour umbrella nicely, but needed to put a sprung disc in the tube to facilitate ejection. Came in at well under £100.

I use an aluminium fishing rod tube - about £30 or, even less bling but even cheaper, a bit of 2" plastic water pipe with a screwed cap at one end and a fixed cap at the other, tie wrapped on?
