Could you swap to wires if you fancied a change ?

I have alloys on my +4 but they are standard bolt fitting so I presume more difficult to switch as the mood takes.

I never realized there are also centrelock alloys, since I have only seen the current ones (standard bolt fitting).

Does anyone know if there are centrelock alloy wheels available for the current Plus 4? I would love to switch from wires to alloy...

Absolutely right Bonesie the wheels are 7" X 16" Centrelock.

I think it is pretty expensive to convert your hubs over.

To the best of my knowledge no Thomas, but we have factory guides on here that will know conclusively.

There is a retro fit conversion that can be carried out but it looks very heavy to my eyes. I saw a set on a hillclimb car last year they looked like Minilites.

I think Jays (now Northernmorgan) had a set done at Williams for his Roadster.

I'm at the "day care centre", otherwise Boscombe Down Aviation Centre...

Drove up in the Morgan....

Very quiet day, just 3 visitors so far.....

NO! GRRRR!
Waiting for Yodel to collect a parcel as arranged by a buyer of the item.
What an utterly crap company.
09.00 to 21.00 pick up timeslot.
Rubbish communications and eventual human I spoke to was unable to help in any way.
My advice...avoid them like the plague.
How are they still in business?
Rant over....
swear

Couple of years ago I had an aerobatics session at Old Sarum nearby. Bulldog Trainer...bloody awesome!
If I had known about the facility at Boscombe I’d have gone there too.

Yep Yodel is crap.

Went down to Felixstowe for a walk.

Peter my day care centre is the Stton Hoo NT site, slightly older technology.

Thomas, I think the company that make the Minilight style alloys do a version with a steel splined centre fitted into the alloy so it becomes a centrelock, but it's an aftermarket item not official MMC
