I don't get any neg or pos pressure in my tank but after filling up fuel fumes until the tank goes down to about half full, any ideas? I would check as Bud suggests but I've had two mogs that did this. Both had micro splits along the top seams. I found it by taking out the tool tray. Fill the tank. Run kitchen towel along the seams around the top of the tank and you'll locate the tiny leaks. Nick

I had a longtime fuel smelling and leaking problem and got also sprayed with petrol during the last summer.
The reason was a buckled petrol hose between the petrol tank and the roll over valve on top of the tank. The underlying cause was a broken bracket of the roll over valve. Subsequently the pressure in the petrol tank is encreased.
Now I‘ve fixed the roll over valve and renewed the petrol hose - all problems are solved since I made this modification.

Craig,
Did you find out what the cause was for the vacuum when the factory sorted it? From memory, Mark Baldwin said there was a Kink in the line and the roll over valve was repositioned. They had the car for 1 week.
