What has been the experience for the time between Built Slot date and Ship dates?
Received a Build Date today and the curious part of me really would like a ballpark number :-)

Draggin forgot to mention he ordered virtually every newly listed option available, many of which hadn't really entered MMC stock, so his wait was extraordinary.
An M3W takes just one week to build, a classic four wheeler closer to two. Having said that builds don't always start on your alloted build week if there is a backlog
Mine (Roadster) was collected from dealer pdi'd with a few mods and extras fitted by them just six weeks after ordering to my spec. I did have the advantage of being given a dealers unspec'd build slot though, previously reserved for a showroom car. The build actually started just six days from my order.

Mine started production late December ( I was lucky , as my order got pushed up by someone’s cancelation ) , and was finished on about jan 16 this year . It took a good month before it was shipped , and lands in Sydney on this Monday morning . I’m told it will be out of customs Wednesday and at the shop for predelivery Thursday . So that’s about 12 weeks to Australia.

Thats great.
I`m still waiting for HMRC to sign off on mine.
Then i get 6 months to drive in the UK before Shipping to Malaysia later in the year.

I should add I paid my deposit in OCT `16.
