Just checked my M3W5sp against https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone/vrm-checker-ulez and found it passed  M3W2sp and 3sp will be exempt as historic vehicles. Congestion charge still applies of course... I've always fancied an early Sunday drive in the Big Smoke, but not got round to it yet.

My 1972 4/4 does as well, based on it being exempt from VED, whilst according to the website my 2015 MB E220 doesn’t even though the spec says it’s got a Euro 6 Diesel engine.

Hmmm - fast response by TFL to the German (supposed) collusion on defeating emmissions legislation? https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/industry/bmw-daimler-and-vw-found-guilty-emissions-collusion Meanwhile for an M3W, one visualises the S&S guys scatching their heads and saying "what the hell is a ULEZ..." - perhaps next April 1 they will announce a hybrid X-Wedge for Morgan use

Surprised that my 2011 +4 Supersports is exempt from ULEZ and LEZ.
My 2014 VW Caddy Maxi Life fails both.
Not likely to use either in London anytime soon !!!

Because the Morgan is petrol? My 07 MINI is exempt, for the present. I suspect it will not pass ULEZ come the 2020 changes. My 4/4 is chargeable (ULEZ), not that I'm ever likely to want to pass through London.

Unless I’m missing something the 2020 changes won’t apply to any Morgans. The TfL website says
From 26 October 2020 the LEZ emission standards for heavy vehicles will also set a limit for emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx), which form harmful nitrogen dioxide (NO2) in the atmosphere. Vehicles need to meet the LEZ emissions standards based on vehicle type and the type of emission.
From 26 October 2020, LEZ standards will be:
Euro VI for buses and coaches over 5 tonnes, lorries and other specialist vehicles over 3.5 tonnes - this is the same as the ULEZ standard (these vehicles will no longer need to pay a separate ULEZ charge)
Euro 3 for PM for larger vans and minibuses - this is the same as the current LEZ standard
If you drive a larger van or minibus within the ULEZ area, you also need to pay the ULEZ charge if you do not meet the ULEZ standard of Euro 4 petrol/Euro 6 diesel.
