If the Irish drink the black stuff on Paddy's day are we supposed to go for pimm's and lemonade ?

Bitter/Sweet day for me as I use it to mark the passing of my favourite uncle called George, he's been mending things in a higher place for 18 years now, and will never be forgotten, happy St Georges day to all, and especially George R
